Penhaligon's seeks an Ecommerce Executive in London (temporary) to manage online merchandising, content and conversion for the luxury fragrance brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day operation of the ecommerce storefront: product uploads, content updates, pricing and inventory availability.
  • Own online merchandising and category presentation to maximise conversion and average order value.
  • Implement and monitor digital promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns in coordination with marketing and retail teams.
  • Analyse site performance using web analytics to identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend CRO initiatives.
  • Maintain product information quality and imagery standards in the PIM/CMS; liaise with photography and creative teams to ensure on‑brand content.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory planning to reflect accurate stock and delivery messaging online.
  • Support email and CRM teams with segmentation lists, product feeds and on‑site behavioural triggers.
  • Troubleshoot front‑end issues with technical partners and ensure smooth customer journeys on desktop and mobile.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or online retail (beauty/luxury experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage product data, online merchandising and promotional execution.
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrable experience using web analytics to drive optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for creative content and product presentation.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, creative and operations teams.
