Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, pilot, supervise, and guide the assembly team to achieve the production schedule
- Advance operational activities and workshop processes in collaboration with support departments
- Foster, mentor, and ensure employee development and cross-functional capability alignment with Patek Philippe's core values
- Define and monitor individual performance expectations for team members
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new workshop personnel
- Enforce quality criteria, assembly instructions, and all established procedures across the department
Qualifications
- CFC Horloger de Production (Federal Diploma of Watchmaking Production) or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar team management role
- Production management knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge advantageous
- Strong decisiveness, organizational ability, and initiative-taking
- Capacity to prioritize urgent tasks and manage stress effectively
- Articulate written and oral communicator with active listening skills
- Rigorous, adaptable, and analytical mindset with strong synthesis capabilities
