Patek Philippe seeks a Workshop Supervisor in Geneva to manage Calibre 26-330 movement assembly operations and lead a high-performing team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, pilot, supervise, and guide the assembly team to ensure production targets are met
  • Advance workshop activities and operational processes through collaboration with support services and technical departments
  • Foster team cohesion, provide mentorship, and ensure professional development and cross-training of personnel in alignment with Patek Philippe's core values
  • Define and monitor individual expectations and performance objectives for team members
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new personnel
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, assembly instructions, and all established procedures

Qualifications

  • Certificat Fédéral de Capacité (CFC) in Production Watchmaking or equivalent certification
  • 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory or team management role
  • Knowledge of production management and lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous
  • Strong propositive thinking, autonomy, and decisive organizational capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize urgent matters and manage stress effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening ability
  • Rigorous attention to detail, adaptability, analytical and synthesizing mindset
