Role & Responsibilities
- Learn to organize and prepare work according to operational specifications and work instructions
- Master the meticulous preparation of machined components through deburring and surface correction to achieve a perfectly clean and uniform base
- Develop proficiency in various surface finishing techniques including mirror polishing, satin finishing, and micro-blasting using specialized tools (polishing discs with abrasive paste, satin brushes, micro-bead air systems) and machinery
- Perform rigorous visual and dimensional inspections to verify finishing consistency, absence of defects, and conformity to exacting quality standards
