Patek Philippe is seeking a Watch Casing Workshop Manager to plan, organize, coordinate and supervise a workshop producing current-collection watches, in line with production plans and quality standards. The role leads a 15-person team and advances workshop operations and employee development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, supervise and guide a 15-person team to deliver the production plan, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Improve the workshop’s operations and processes in collaboration with support departments.
- Unite, support and develop employees, fostering versatility in line with Patek Philippe’s fundamental attitudes.
- Participate in recruiting new employees.
- Contribute actively to divisional projects in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality criteria, assembly instructions and established procedures.
- Ensure the application of Patek Philippe standards and workmanship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in microtechnology or equivalent training.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools.
- Proficiency in office tools, including MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and good listening skills.
- Ability to unite a team around a shared objective.
- Initiative, decision-making ability and organizational skills.
- Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, teamwork and adaptability.
