Patek Philippe SA Genève seeks a Traditional Assembly Manager in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland to lead the traditional watch assembly workshop.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, coordinate and supervise the activities of the Traditional Assembly workshop to meet the production plan and Patek Philippe quality standards.
  • Lead, coach and guide the assembly team to optimise individual and collective performance, promoting training and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with assembly instructions, quality criteria and established workshop procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with support services to improve workshop processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new workshop personnel and manage day-to-day prioritisation under production constraints.

Qualifications

  • CFC Horloger (Swiss watchmaker certificate) or equivalent qualification.
  • Technician ES in Microtechnique — watchmaking orientation or equivalent recognised diploma.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role within watch production.
  • Proven experience as a watchmaker working on complicated mechanical movements.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, organisational autonomy, ability to prioritise and manage stress.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, listening aptitude, rigour and team spirit.
