Role & Responsibilities
- Execute baguette and invisible stone-setting work on various gemstone types across all precious metal substrates (gold, platinum, steel)
- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple stone-setting techniques: traditional, snow (neige), closed (clos), and mechanical methods
- Perform repair and restoration work on jewelry pieces
- Ensure superior quality, precision, and finish across all completed work, maintaining alignment with Patek Philippe's heritage standards
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Apprenticeship Certificate) or BMA (Advanced Federal Diploma) in jewelry with stone-setting specialization, or equivalent formal training
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in traditional stone-setting techniques
- Minimum 1 year's dedicated experience in baguette and invisible stone-setting
- Proven mastery of baguette, invisible, and snow stone-setting techniques
- Knowledge of prong (griffe) and drop techniques preferred
- Excellent visual acuity and exceptional manual dexterity
- Strong team orientation and collaborative work ethic
