Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and disseminate a strong safety and security culture across Patek Philippe and its subsidiaries
- Collaborate on risk mapping and perform regular risk analyses in partnership with internal teams and external security partners
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational security processes and procedures with security partners
- Anticipate security priorities and establish strategic directives for the organization
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and ensure compliance with all security measures
- Conduct comprehensive security audits for facilities and events, and define associated security concepts
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security and safety matters
- Oversee operational fire protection activities to safeguard personnel, assets, and company heritage
- Collaborate on the development of security and fire protection projects
- Enforce fire safety procedures and review incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of operational experience in security and safety, ideally in industrial or commercial environments
- International security management experience highly valued
- Prior experience as a site security manager is an asset
- CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in Security and Safety or Federal Certificate as a private security agent
- AEAI diploma as Fire Protection Safety Officer obtained or willingness to pursue the qualification
- Proven experience managing security teams or external security contractors
- Strong capacity to develop and deliver security and safety training programs
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level, both oral and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Experience
Minimum 10 years in an operational security or safety role, preferably within an industrial or commercial setting. International security experience is a significant advantage. Prior responsibility for site-level security management is valued. Demonstrated expertise in leading security teams or managing external security providers is essential.
Education
AEAI diploma in Fire Protection Safety Officer strongly preferred, or openness to obtaining this qualification. CAS in Security and Safety or equivalent professional certification in security is advantageous.
