Role & Responsibilities

• Provide second- and third-line application support for SAP finance modules (FI/CO), diagnosing and resolving incidents and production issues promptly.
• Lead and execute SAP finance functional configuration, testing and transports for projects, upgrades and regulatory changes across local and global landscapes.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, design process improvements and maintain fit-gap documentation.
• Manage integrations between SAP Finance and peripheral systems (e.g., payroll, treasury, banking, reporting) and coordinate with BASIS, security and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation and deliver end-user training and post-go-live hypercare as required.
• Participate in release management, cutover activities and continuous monitoring to ensure data integrity, performance and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Proven functional expertise in SAP FI and CO with hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.
• Practical experience in project delivery: implementations, upgrades or rollouts, including testing, cutover and support phases.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes (general ledger, AP, AR, asset accounting, controlling, intercompany accounting).
• Strong analytical aptitude with experience troubleshooting integration points, interfaces and data reconciliation.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills; ability to work with finance teams, external consultants and technical specialists.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency preferred given the Geneva location.

Experience

Typically 4+ years of progressive experience supporting or implementing SAP finance modules in a multinational environment, with demonstrable participation in at least one full lifecycle project or major upgrade.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional SAP certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA preferred.
