Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse business and functional requirements for Finance and Management Control and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Design, configure, test and deploy SAP solutions to support financial and controlling processes (FI / CO / VIM) and their integration with SD, PP, CS and MM.
- Define non‑functional system requirements (availability, security, performance) and propose appropriate technical solutions and configurations.
- Lead and participate in end‑to‑end project phases: functional analysis, development, implementation, testing, documentation and user acceptance.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing and production cutover activities for SAP changes and releases.
- Monitor ERP health within the functional perimeter, analyse and resolve incidents, and manage change requests.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation (models, interface specifications, test procedures, user manuals) and DRP-related records.
- Contribute to platform security and compliance: manage access, roles and permissions; support GDPR and governance audits; ensure proper licence usage.
- Support integration and interface monitoring, collaborating with middleware teams (Boomi appreciated) and third‑party providers.
- Provide technical advice and hands‑on support to business users and cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an equivalent SAP application role, including participation in SAP projects and implementations.
- Proven functional expertise in SAP FI / CO / VIM and their integration with SD, PP, CS and MM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori landscapes.
- Experience integrating with middleware platforms (Boomi appreciated) and monitoring interfaces.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident/change/case management is a plus.
- Applied knowledge of ITIL practices for change, incident and problem management.
- Experience with electronic invoicing implementations and/or VAT reporting requirements in Europe is advantageous.
- English language proficiency equivalent to B2 or higher.
- Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with strong cross‑functional communication skills, autonomy and adaptability.

Experience
Minimum five years in an SAP application or functional analyst role, with hands‑on delivery and support experience in finance and controlling modules and involvement in SAP implementation projects.
Education
Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT Project Management.
