Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test and deploy SAP solutions that support financial and controlling processes (FI / CO / VIM), ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Analyse functional requirements from finance and controlling stakeholders and translate them into system and technical specifications, including non-functional needs (availability, security, performance).
• Design technical solutions and propose configuration options or enhancements; evaluate alternatives and recommend approaches that meet business objectives.
• Execute test plans and oversee user acceptance, ensuring correct implementation and quality of deliverables.
• Provide 2nd/3rd-line support for the ERP within the finance scope: monitor system health, investigate and resolve incidents, manage change requests and maintain operational continuity.
• Produce and maintain technical and user documentation (interface specifications, test procedures, user manuals) and support release & deployment activities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects affecting the ERP: functional analysis, implementation, technical documentation and adherence to internal standards.
• Support platform security and governance: manage access, roles and permissions, contribute to DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) documentation, participate in audits and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
• Control licence usage and cooperate with internal/external auditors on matters related to the finance solution.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an equivalent SAP role within an industrial or manufacturing environment, including participation in SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of financial flows and controlling processes in an industrial context.
• Practical experience with S4 and FIORI landscapes.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP modules: FI / CO / VIM and their integration with SD / PP / CS / MM.
• Experience integrating middleware (Boomi appreciated) and monitoring interfaces.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident/change/case management is an asset.
• Knowledge and application of ITIL practices for change, incident and problem management.
• Experience with e-invoicing implementations in Europe and/or VAT reporting/regulatory requirements is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level minimum.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with structured approach; autonomous, versatile and proactive with strong transversal communication skills.
