Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and iterate sales and product training programmes for boutique teams and authorised retailers, ensuring technical accuracy and commercial applicability.
  • Translate complex watchmaking features and brand heritage into compelling, client-facing narratives and practical sales techniques.
  • Conduct in-person workshops, role-plays and e-learning modules; assess participant competency and provide individual coaching to raise team performance.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, product manuals, assessment tools and a structured training calendar aligned with product launches.
  • Collaborate with retail leadership, HR and wholesale partners to identify skill gaps, define KPIs and implement learning interventions to drive sales and client retention.
  • Support onboarding of new boutique hires and periodic refresher sessions for senior staff; monitor training impact through sales metrics and mystery shopping feedback.
  • Travel to boutiques and partner points of sale as required to deliver in-situ coaching and reinforce best-practice merchandising and clienteling techniques.
  • Report training outcomes and recommendations to regional management and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record designing and delivering sales training within luxury retail, ideally in watches or high jewellery.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to link product knowledge to sales performance and KPIs.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation and coaching skills with experience running workshops and one-to-one coaching.
  • Ability to produce clear training documentation and assessment materials; comfortable with blended learning formats (classroom + digital).
  • Flexible availability for travel and in-person sessions across boutiques and partner locations.
  • Professional demeanor appropriate for a high-touch luxury environment and strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience
