Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet, inform, and advise clients to fulfill their requests and foster long-term loyalty
  • Identify client expectations and diplomatically redirect toward appropriate alternative references
  • Accompany clients throughout their visit from beginning to end within the Salons
  • Ensure client well-being and deliver an exceptional experience that aligns with expectations
  • Provide precise technical and historical explanations regarding complex watchmaking complications
  • Recommend the most appropriate timepieces and jewelry
  • Cultivate privileged relationships with select clients, offering high-level technical insights and historical product knowledge
  • Meet company expectations by delivering excellent service and demonstrating the brand's commitment to its products and clientele
  • Monitor competitive watch brands and industry trends through specialized publications
  • Maintain professional standards for both personal presentation and Salon environment
  • Demonstrate commitment to client satisfaction beyond the immediate sale
  • Organize, prepare, and execute all tasks related to watch and jewelry sales
  • Promote information and idea sharing with management and colleagues to continuously improve team expertise
  • Monitor sales activity, prepare all relevant documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, etc.), process payments, and execute theft prevention protocols with full transparency

Qualifications

  • CFC Commercial Employee diploma or equivalent
  • Confirmed experience in advising and selling prestigious timepieces
  • Excellent horology culture and general knowledge
  • Strong sense of hospitality and service
  • Mastery of sales techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of Patek Philippe history and product portfolio
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and social aptitude
  • Team-oriented mindset with dynamism, discretion, and stress resilience
