Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform regulation operations on historical timepieces (produced ca. 1839–1970) as part of full restoration workflows.
  • Execute technical diagnostics focused on the regulation/adjustment department and propose appropriate corrective actions.
  • Start, time and regulate balance assemblies fitted with flat and Breguet hairsprings, ensuring optimal chronometric performance within prescribed assembly and control processes.
  • Ensure finishing functions conform to maison quality standards, carrying out aesthetic, technical and dimensional inspections of the regulation components.
  • Document interventions and adhere strictly to established assembly, quality-control and traceability procedures.

Qualifications

  • CFC d'Horloger Rhabilleur (Swiss Federal Certificate) or equivalent qualification in watch restoration/overhaul.
  • Minimum five years' proven experience in rhabillage/overhaul of high-end mechanical watches.
  • Demonstrated mastery of regulation operations, specifically with flat and Breguet hairsprings.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulousness and manual precision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a two-person team, with cooperative spirit and constructive communication.
