Role & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose the root cause of malfunctions and produce precise technical assessments for vintage mechanical watches (circa 1965–1980).
  • Execute restoration and service operations including movement disassembly, restoration, reassembly, fine adjustment, lubrication and regulation (flat and Breguet hairsprings).
  • Perform casing operations and fit dials and hands with exacting attention to alignment and finish.
  • Ensure all work complies with established assembly and quality-control processes to guarantee optimal product standards.
  • Document interventions and communicate repair status within the International Client Service division.

Qualifications

  • Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Watchmaker‑Rhabilleur or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum five years of experience in overhaul and rhabillage of high‑end/luxury mechanical watches.
  • Proven mastery of movement assembly, casing (emboîtage) and regulation techniques.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical aptitude and high standards of workmanship.
