Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a poised, welcoming reception for clients, collectors and visitors, maintaining an atmosphere of discretion and refinement.
- Manage appointment scheduling and daily calendars for boutique staff and watchmakers; coordinate client arrivals and in-house consultations.
- Answer and redirect telephone and email enquiries with polished etiquette; triage messages and follow up on client requests promptly.
- Liaise with sales advisors, after-sales service and security to ensure a seamless visitor experience and efficient internal communication.
- Oversee front-desk administration: register visitors, maintain records, manage incoming deliveries and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Maintain boutique presentation and ambient standards, including concierge services (cloakroom, refreshments) and attention to VIP protocols.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as preparing documents, filing, and basic bookkeeping for reception-related expenses.
- Support exceptional clienteling by capturing notes and preferences for follow-up by sales teams while respecting privacy and data protection.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front-desk, reception or client-facing role; experience within luxury retail or high-end hospitality preferred.
- Polished personal presentation, impeccable manners and a service-oriented demeanour suited to a haute horlogerie environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly under pressure.
- Discretion and respect for client confidentiality when handling sensitive information and high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexible availability to cover early openings, evenings or weekend shifts as required by boutique operations.

Education
