Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and orient clients on arrival, ensuring an impeccable and personalised first impression in the Rue du Rhône salons.
- Ensure clients’ comfort throughout their visit and deliver a service experience aligned with Patek Philippe’s values and standards.
- Accompany clients for the duration of their salon visit and facilitate smooth transitions between reception and advisory appointments.
- Assist Sales Advisors/Consultants with advisory tasks, client follow-up and administrative support as required.
- Maintain a professional personal presentation and uphold the immaculate image and appearance of the salons at all times.
Qualifications
- Swiss Federal VET Diploma in Commerce (CFC) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or upscale hospitality; prior client-facing reception or sales-support experience preferred.
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, presentation and client service orientation.
- Demonstrated discretion, team spirit, dynamism and resilience under pressure.
- Availability to work Saturdays.

Proven, demonstrable experience in the distribution of high-end products or in upscale hospitality settings; hands-on reception or client-facing roles preferred.
Education
Swiss Federal VET Diploma in Commerce (CFC) or equivalent.
