Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, unite, develop and motivate quality assurance teams to guarantee the quality of delivered products
- Deploy and implement the quality strategy defined by Patek Philippe at the site level, ensuring its effective application
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes throughout the product lifecycle, including development, industrialization, production, customer service, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Structure, deploy and operationalize quality processes, standards and working methods across the department
- Foster and cultivate a quality culture among operational functions throughout the organization
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts in close collaboration with production, internal partners and external stakeholders
- Facilitate information flow and collaboration between team members, internal stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in quality management or equivalent qualification
- Confirmed and mandatory experience in management
- Significant experience in an industrial quality function
- Demonstrated experience in structuring or transforming a quality organization
- Experience implementing process management and performance management systems
- Mastery of quality tools, methods and principles including metrology
- ERP proficiency (STRATEGIC preferred)
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong listening skills and customer-centric approach
- Rigorous analytical and synthetic thinking capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diplomatic approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational silos

Experience
Confirmed experience in management is mandatory. Significant experience in an industrial quality function is required. Demonstrated background in structuring or transforming a quality organization is essential. Prior experience in high-end dial manufacturing or the watchmaking sector is a distinct advantage.
Education
Engineering degree in quality management or an equivalent advanced qualification.
