Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality control inspectors
- Ensure production meets functional and aesthetic quality standards within established timelines
- Pilot and optimize quality control processes for watches and components in close collaboration with divisional teams
- Define and implement relevant surveillance plans for quality assurance
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators and metrics within scope of responsibility
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the International Customer Service Division
Qualifications
- Technician ES diploma, microtechnics engineer degree, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in horological quality control
- Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (FMEA, 8D problem-solving)
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent English
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with analytical and synthesis capabilities

Prior experience in horological quality control or equivalent quality assurance environment within the timepiece sector.
Education
Technician ES diploma, microtechnics engineer degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
