Role & Responsibilities
- Perform autonomous aesthetic, dimensional and conformity inspections on high-value components (dials, hands, cases, pocket watches, clocks, etc.) at various stages of production, adhering to established operating procedures.
- Document and escalate non-conformities; analyse, interpret and communicate inspection results to stakeholders both orally and in writing, producing quality tables, formal reports and photographic evidence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the inspection office’s methods and processes to better serve the needs of the Entity.
- Coordinate with the responsible manager to support technical decision-making on quality issues.
Qualifications
- Vocational training or diploma in quality control, metrology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in quality control, preferably in inspection of watchmaking components.
- Mastery of conventional measurement tools and techniques; proficient in reading technical drawings and applying horological acceptance criteria.
- Proficient with MS‑Office for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent manual dexterity, acute visual acuity and strong observational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, agility, initiative and ability to synthesise technical findings.

Experience
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in quality control, ideally with direct exposure to inspection of watch components or precision mechanical assemblies.
Education
Vocational diploma/certificate in quality control, metrology, watchmaking inspection or equivalent technical training.
