Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Quality Improvement Officers while managing industrialization projects directly.
- Distribute operational workload within the team, validate milestones, guide decisions, and prioritize tasks.
- Define and optimize surveillance plans based on process risks and capabilities to ensure quality in series production.
- Drive cross-functional actions in collaboration with support services to advance manufacturing processes and improve capabilities.
- Ensure standard control ranges in production are maintained.
- Contribute to the definition of standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Microtechnology Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven management experience is essential.
- Previous experience in the watchmaking sector or component manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of movement component manufacturing processes.
- Project management proficiency.
- Mastery of quality tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and collaborative spirit.
- Strong listening skills, client-oriented, solution and result-focused.

Experience
Significant experience in management, preferably within the watchmaking or component manufacturing industry.
Education
Degree in Microtechnology Engineering or equivalent.
