Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop workshop teams while maximizing productivity and meeting production schedules and objectives
- Oversee training initiatives and foster cross-functional skill development within the workshop
- Analyze operational processes, implement corrective measures, and drive improvements in quality, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and adherence to Patek Philippe standards and protocols
- Advance workshop capabilities and operational procedures through close coordination with peer departments, internal clients, and support services across divisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in microtechnics or mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of managerial experience
- Proficiency in production management
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools
