Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop workshop teams while maximizing productivity and meeting production schedules and objectives
  • Oversee training initiatives and foster cross-functional skill development within the workshop
  • Analyze operational processes, implement corrective measures, and drive improvements in quality, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules and adherence to Patek Philippe standards and protocols
  • Advance workshop capabilities and operational procedures through close coordination with peer departments, internal clients, and support services across divisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in microtechnics or mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • 1–3 years of managerial experience
