Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the production team while maximizing productivity and meeting operational deadlines to achieve organizational targets
- Oversee training initiatives and cultivate technical versatility across the atelier workforce

Qualifications
- Technician diploma (ES) or equivalent qualification

- Fluency with Microsoft Office suite
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
