Role & Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, motivate, and develop workshop teams while maximizing productivity and adherence to production schedules to achieve targets
- Oversee training programs and foster cross-functional skills development within the workshop
- Analyze operational processes, implement corrective measures, and optimize quality while reducing waste and cycle times
- Ensure compliance with production planning and adherence to Patek Philippe operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement of workshop activities and processes in close coordination with other workshops, support services, internal stakeholders, and divisional partners
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (ES) or equivalent qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar production management role
- Prior management experience preferred
- Technical knowledge of traditional production and CNC machining processes
- Familiarity with production planning and Lean manufacturing methodologies
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP software
- Strong decision-making and organizational capabilities
- Analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail
- Team collaboration and adaptability
