Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and update production dossiers and tooling documentation based on established manufacturing standards
  • Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, SMED, QRQC, and ergonomic assessments
  • Analyze deviations from standards, process malfunctions, and waste sources within production workshops and lines
  • Identify critical operations and align them with Patek Philippe's production system standards
  • Direct production equipment acquisition projects and contribute to optimization of existing processes
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing reference documentation
  • Execute necessary actions for industrialization and re-industrialization of series products
  • Address workshop requirements through targeted process analysis and implementation

Qualifications

  • Technician diploma (ES) or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in horology or micromechanical manufacturing
  • Proficiency in quality assurance tools including 8D methodology and capability analysis
  • Mastery of functional ISO dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic communication ability, and field-oriented mindset
