Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, supervise, and guide the team to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets
- Advance workshop activities and operational processes in collaboration with support departments
- Foster, support, and develop team member capabilities and cross-functional expertise, aligned with Patek Philippe core values
- Define and monitor individual team member expectations and professional development
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new workshop personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality criteria, assembly instructions, and established procedures throughout the production process
Qualifications
- CFC Horloger de Production (Swiss Federal Vocational Certificate in Production Watchmaking) or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar team management role
- Production management knowledge
