Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, consolidate, and prioritize quality issues by analyzing customer complaints, internal problems, and service center feedback
- Lead cross-functional quality projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve enterprise-wide quality objectives
- Monitor and track product quality indicators in partnership with relevant departments, preparing reporting for senior management
- Define and implement corrective and preventive actions, ensuring compliance throughout the full product lifecycle
- Prepare quality reviews and coordinate quality events with stakeholders responsible for product quality
- Conduct audits of processes, products, systems, and suppliers/service centers aligned with assigned projects
- Develop, propose, and validate metrics to optimize product quality performance
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and sessions bringing together internal and external stakeholders on product quality matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent technical diploma with focus on quality management or related engineering discipline
- 5–10 years of professional experience in a similar quality management role, ideally within horology or precision manufacturing
- Sound knowledge of watchmaking products and processes
- Proficiency with quality management tools including DMAIC, 8D, QRQC, Pareto and cause-and-effect diagrams, PDCA, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong command of statistical tools and MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Fluent English
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to facilitate meetings
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; results-oriented and pragmatic mindset

5–10 years of professional experience in a quality management role within a Quality Department, ideally in the horology industry. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, quality auditing, and cross-functional project leadership.
Education
Bachelor of Science (HES/ETS) or equivalent technical diploma with specialization in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
