Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for watchmaking components and indirect goods, including sourcing, ordering, delivery follow-up and inventory replenishment.
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships; negotiate terms, prices, lead times and contracts to secure quality components and optimize total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Production, Quality and Planning teams to translate demand forecasts into purchase plans and ensure on-time supply for manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance via KPIs (quality, delivery, cost) and coordinate corrective actions, supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and maintain procurement processes, purchase order controls and contractual documentation in line with regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels through demand planning, MRP inputs and just-in-time principles to reduce obsolescence while safeguarding production continuity.
- Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks (single-source dependencies, lead-time volatility, regulatory constraints) and propose contingency solutions.
- Support sustainability and compliance objectives in supplier selection and sourcing practices, including traceability of critical materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of progressive procurement experience, preferably within precision manufacturing, watchmaking or other high‑precision luxury goods industries.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand planning, inventory control and KPI monitoring.
- Professional command of French and English, both written and spoken; additional languages an asset.
- High level of discretion, organisation, and ability to operate across cross-functional teams in a confidential environment.

3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience with demonstrated exposure to manufacturing supply chains; prior experience in watchmaking or precision component sourcing is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
