Role & Responsibilities
- Lead product and production-process development projects and deploy transactional production processes across the manufacture and its subsidiaries.
- Chair project follow-up committees and coordinate technical alignment sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage acquisition and integration of production equipment, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality requirements and deliverable conformity while tracking project KPIs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary working groups (support functions, internal customers, suppliers), evaluate project and process risks (AMDEC/FMEA) and define corrective and preventive action plans.
- Provide active production support to ensure process control and performance: investigate deviations from standards, execute corrective/curative actions, run optimisation trials and elevate critical line operations to production standards.
- Drive reindustrialization activities: identify critical operations, launch pilot series (series 0), update and maintain production dossiers, system data and tooling database.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (Technicien ES) or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Micromechanics.
- Minimum five years' experience in a comparable role within micromechanics, watchmaking or mechanical engineering.
- Technical knowledge of watchmaking mechanical processes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing resource planning / GPAO concepts (article, routing, bill of materials, MRP).
- Proficiency in CAD (ideally SolidWorks) and in production/quality methodologies (AMDEC/FMEA, 8D, capability analysis).
- Strong command of Lean / Six Sigma tools (5S, SMED, process capability) and solid MS Office skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Action-oriented, persuasive with strong interpersonal skills; able to manage complexity, uncertainty and ambiguous contexts with a strategic mindset.

Education
Technician ES diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Micromechanics.
