Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble, adjust and regulate mechanical watch movements (calibres) to Patek Philippe technical standards.
- Perform micromechanical sub-assembly tasks: fitting wheels, pinions, escapements, balance assemblies and hairsprings.
- Regulate timing and amplitude using timing machines and stroboscopic equipment; diagnose and correct rate deviations.
- Interpret technical drawings, work instructions and specifications to execute complex assembly operations with precision.
- Carry out in-process controls and final quality checks, documenting measurements and non-conformities.
- Maintain and care for specialised hand tools, microscopes and bench equipment; follow clean-room and demagnetisation procedures.
- Collaborate with quality, R&D and restoration teams to support continuous improvement and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in watchmaking/horology (e.g., WOSTEP or equivalent) or completed vocational apprenticeship in horology.
