Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule all preventive maintenance activities in close collaboration with production services
- Issue service orders and prepare technical documentation to ensure efficient intervention execution
- Oversee external maintenance interventions on-site and maintain current intervention reports
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and optimize preventive maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with support functions on equipment reliability projects and continuous improvement actions
- Drive ongoing process improvements and optimization for the maintenance function
Qualifications
- Diploma in Industrial Systems (ES Technician or Bachelor level, or equivalent qualification in industrial maintenance)
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sector experience, preferably in watchmaking
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and IT systems
- Advanced knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
- GMAO software experience, ideally SAP
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Strong analytical and synthetic thinking capabilities
