At Patek Philippe, the Logistics Process and Performance Analyst Intern will analyze and optimize logistics processes, indicators, and reporting for the Apparel Division. The role is a six-month internship under an internship agreement or as part of a Master’s project.
Role & Responsibilities
- Map all logistics flows within the Apparel Division to identify interactions, key points, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and structure logistics process data, primarily sourced from the SAP ERP system.
- Catalogue, consolidate, and format existing indicators to create a shared reference document.
- Assess the relevance and impact of current indicators and formulate improvement recommendations.
- Design a clear, relevant, standardized model for tracking indicators across the Apparel Division.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science, Management, or Technology and Entrepreneurship (MTE).
- Advanced Excel proficiency, with knowledge of Power Query.
- Knowledge of an ERP system; SAP is an advantage.
- Data analysis and project management skills.
- Ability to structure, synthesize, and communicate information from varied sources.
- Rigor, precision, analytical thinking, and synthesis skills.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to make recommendations.
