Cadrans Fluckiger SA seeks Information Systems Data Manager in Saint-Imier, Switzerland for 2-year contract with potential permanent placement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure data consistency across multiple systems (CAO, PLM, ERP) to maintain technical integrity
- Provide internal support for requests related to master data, codification, and change management
- Facilitate coordination between manufacturing operations and IT to guarantee alignment between system evolution and operational processes
- Propose and participate in the development of system improvements and upgrades
- Analyze deviations from standards, system disruptions, nonconformity handling, and implement corrective actions
- Document procedures and management rules pertaining to data governance and operational requirements
- Lead projects related to business applications and system implementations
Qualifications
- HES Diploma in Technical Management, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, or equivalent qualification
- 2–5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably within the watchmaking industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise in audit techniques and information process analysis
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Strategic experience preferred)
- Confirmed project management competencies
- Experience creating, updating, or optimizing manufacturing routines and dial specifications
- Understanding of watchmaking fabrication processes
- Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities and capacity to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups

Experience
2–5 years of professional experience in a comparable information systems or industrialization role, preferably within the watchmaking or haute horlogerie sector. Experience bridging technical manufacturing requirements with their translation into information systems is essential. Background in manufacturing routine optimization and dial component management is highly valued.
Education
HES Diploma in Technical Management, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, or equivalent professional qualification.
