Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and diagnose potential improvements within production processes, proposing targeted actions to realize performance gains
  • Support the deployment and sustained maintenance of improvement initiatives across all operational levels
  • Serve as the expert reference for Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies within the organization
  • Train and coach collaborators on specialized tools and lead team support during organizational change management

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Lean Manufacturing expert in project management within industrial production
  • Advanced expertise in DMAIC methodology, Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma, and Quality tools (8D, capability studies, audits, etc.)
  • Demonstrated mastery of business management tools, particularly SAP
  • Strong project management and risk management capabilities

  • Proven capacity to lead and pilot cross-functional project teams
