Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain accurate 2D technical drawings and 3D CAD models for watch components and assemblies, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and tolerances.
- Translate conceptual sketches and engineering requirements into detailed manufacturing drawings, including tolerancing, surface finish and material callouts.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, prototyping, quality and production teams to iterate designs, support prototype fabrication and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Manage drawing revisions, maintain drawing libraries and contribute to bill of materials (BOM) updates and technical documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to internal standards and precision requirements typical of haute horlogerie.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, precision mechanics, watchmaking or equivalent technical drawing qualification.
- Proven capability producing detailed engineering drawings for micro-mechanical components; familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong visual-spatial skills, meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and version control.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to liaise with engineering, prototyping and production stakeholders to drive manufacturable solutions.

Experience
Several years of hands-on experience producing technical drawings and CAD models for precision mechanical components, ideally within watchmaking, micro-mechanics or high-precision manufacturing environments.
Education
Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, precision mechanics, technical drawing, or watchmaking; vocational qualifications (BTS, HND or equivalent) are acceptable.
