Role & Responsibilities
- Execute precise placement of appliqués, indices, bezels, and similar decorative elements on finished watch dials
- Perform dial refinishing and aesthetic adjustment operations to specification
- Complete final assembly procedures including pricking, adhesive application, cutting, and rivet foot setting
- Conduct self-inspection of all completed work against established quality standards
- Identify and address aesthetic deviations during production; escalate issues to management when necessary
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar dial finishing or watch assembly role
- Prior experience in high-end watchmaking highly desirable
- Exceptional visual acuity for microscopic detail work
- Exceptional manual dexterity and proficiency with precision hand tools including tweezers
- Demonstrated precision, rigor, and consistency in quality execution
- Strong capacity for sustained concentration
- Adaptability and collaborative team orientation
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a similar dial finishing or watchmaking assembly role; prior exposure to luxury horology preferred.
Education
Vocational training or equivalent professional certification in watchmaking, precision mechanics, or related craft discipline preferred; formal apprenticeship in horology is a strong asset.
