Role & Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and motivate workshop teams to maximize productivity and meet production targets and timelines
- Oversee training programs and develop employee versatility and cross-functional capabilities within the workshop
- Analyse operational processes, implement corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates, and optimize cycle times
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and guarantee compliance with Patek Philippe manufacturing standards
- Drive continuous improvement of workshop activities and operational procedures in coordination with other workshops, support services, and internal stakeholders across divisions
Qualifications
- Technician (ES) diploma or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar workshop supervision or production management role
- Demonstrated expertise in satin-finishing and polishing processes; machining knowledge a strong advantage
- Proficiency in production management principles and Lean methodology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening ability
- Proven capacity to build team cohesion around shared objectives
- Strategic thinking with strong decision-making and organisational capabilities
