Role & Responsibilities

  • Apply and master multiple setting techniques: traditional, snow, closed (clos), and mechanical setting methods.
  • Perform repair and rework tasks on set pieces, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic restoration.
  • Guarantee precision, finishing and visual quality of all produced pieces; meet tight tolerances and inspection criteria.

Qualifications

  • CFC or BMA in Jewellery with a focus on stone setting, or an equivalent accredited qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in traditional stone setting.
  • At least 1 year of documented experience specifically with baguette and invisible setting techniques.
  • Excellent visual acuity and fine manual dexterity; proven ability to work meticulously and autonomously.
  • Patient, calm disposition with strong concentration and a pronounced orientation to quality.
  • Collaborative team spirit.

Experience
