- Guarantee precision, finishing and visual quality of all produced pieces; meet tight tolerances and inspection criteria.
Qualifications
- CFC or BMA in Jewellery with a focus on stone setting, or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in traditional stone setting.
- At least 1 year of documented experience specifically with baguette and invisible setting techniques.
- Excellent visual acuity and fine manual dexterity; proven ability to work meticulously and autonomously.
- Patient, calm disposition with strong concentration and a pronounced orientation to quality.
- Collaborative team spirit.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in traditional stone setting, including at least 1 year specialising in baguette and invisible setting methods within a jewellery or haute-horlogerie workshop.
Education
CFC (Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) or BMA (Brevet des Métiers d'Art) in Jewellery with a setting orientation, or an equivalent vocational qualification.
