Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and validate automated 3D control programmes using contact and optical measurement techniques to guarantee product conformity across industrialization, series production, and process analysis phases
- Define, validate, and continuously refine measurement ranges in coordination with project teams
- Supervise, train, and provide technical support to 3D measurement system users in production workshops
- Drive continuous improvement of measurement methodologies, including measurement tool design, machine calibration, maintenance protocols, and measurement strategy definition
- Interpret and analyze control results through histograms, statistical analysis, and process monitoring data
Qualifications
- Diploma in Higher Technical Education (Technician ES) in Microtechnology or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 3D programming and measurement with both contact and optical systems
- Proven expertise in 3D programming software, particularly OGP, FoxFlash, and Mesure X
- Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation skills, with particular proficiency in GPS dimensioning standards
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and data analysis functions
- Solid knowledge of quality management tools and statistical process control methodologies
- Logical thinking and algorithmic problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent spatial visualization and three-dimensional reasoning

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in 3D measurement programming and execution, with demonstrated proficiency in both contact and optical measurement techniques. Experience within the watchmaking industry, specifically in dial component manufacturing, is highly preferred.
