Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and structure commercial offers (partner packs, sponsorships, activations) and prepare persuasive commercial proposals and pitch decks.
- Conduct active prospecting of advertisers, institutions and agencies; participate in partner meetings and negotiations.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of diversification projects — licensing, exhibitions, Grand Prix Photo activations, branded experiences — ensuring delivery to brief and schedule.
- Manage project planning and cross-functional stakeholders (editorial, marketing, ad sales/regie) and external partners; oversee production through to final delivery.
- Build and monitor project budgets (revenue, costs, margin) and define, track and analyse commercial KPIs (leads, conversion, revenues).
- Implement and refine operational processes to improve project efficiency and quality control.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +4/5) in business, communications, marketing, media or cultural studies.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in media, ad sales, consultancy, agency, creative industries, entertainment or entrepreneurial environments.
- Proven commercial aptitude with experience structuring and selling offers or sponsorship packages.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills; ability to craft compelling pitches and proposals.
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to operational detail and capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for culture, media or luxury sectors.

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, ideally gained in media, advertising sales (régie), consulting, agency environments, creative or cultural industries, entertainment or entrepreneurial settings, with demonstrable achievements in commercial development and project management.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in business, communications, marketing, media or cultural studies.
