- Create and launch innovative product concepts, communication strategies, and 360-degree activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creation, Digital, Merchandising, and R&D.
- Establish and manage business plans for product innovations.
- Monitor and analyze franchise and market performance metrics.
- Conduct market trend analysis and innovation scouting.
- Serve as the key point of contact for the franchise with senior management and international markets.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Development within the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury sectors.
