Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for a fragrance franchise.
  • Create and launch innovative product concepts, communication strategies, and 360-degree activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creation, Digital, Merchandising, and R&D.
  • Establish and manage business plans for product innovations.
  • Monitor and analyze franchise and market performance metrics.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and innovation scouting.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the franchise with senior management and international markets.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Development within the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury sectors.

Creativity and Innovation Initiative Exemplary Leadership and People Management Assertiveness Strategic Vision Professional Rigor Product Development and Marketing Project Management Performance Analysis and Business Plan Development 360° Marketing Plan Construction Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Professional English proficiency Knowledge of Photoshop or creative tools is a plus
