Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct field coaching to enhance sales team performance and drive sales growth.
  • Train new Beauty Consultants (BC) and improve their consultation and selling skills.
  • Guide and build confidence in BCs through fieldwork.
  • Train BCs on new product launches in secondary cities.
  • Conduct beauty workshops for customers.
  • Assist the sales department in evaluating BC performance.
  • Maintain and enhance the image of BCs.
  • Support the national training manager with daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • University degree or higher.

Skills

Action-oriented with a drive for results. Creative with the ability to learn quickly. Integrity and trustworthiness. Customer-focused with strong priority-setting skills. Excellent presentation and coaching abilities. Role model behavior. Proficient in makeup application. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a cosmetics or fashion-related brand.

Education

University graduate or above.
