Role & Responsibilities
- Customize central training materials to align with local market conditions.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure accurate dissemination of knowledge.
- Assist in conducting novelty cycle training in primary cities.
- Implement the Beauty Consultant (BC) development program for fragrances according to the central curriculum.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Assist in developing business potential for fragrances and contribute to action plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and planning teams to arrange fragrance testers and relevant materials for training purposes.
- Support the retail team in conducting fragrance beauty classes and point-of-sale events.
Qualifications
- University graduate or higher.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in cosmetics or a fashion-related brand, with solid course development experience.
Education
University graduate or above
