Role & Responsibilities

  • Customize central training materials to align with local market conditions.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure accurate dissemination of knowledge.
  • Assist in conducting novelty cycle training in primary cities.
  • Implement the Beauty Consultant (BC) development program for fragrances according to the central curriculum.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Assist in developing business potential for fragrances and contribute to action plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and planning teams to arrange fragrance testers and relevant materials for training purposes.
  • Support the retail team in conducting fragrance beauty classes and point-of-sale events.

Qualifications

  • University graduate or higher.

Ability to motivate others and manage innovation. Strong delegation and action-oriented skills. Drive for results and creativity. Ability to learn quickly and set priorities. Excellent presentation and coaching skills. Capability to serve as a role model. Independence in planning and leading projects. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and oral. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in cosmetics or a fashion-related brand, with solid course development experience.

University graduate or above
