Role & Responsibilities

- Exhibit the Dior attitude at all times as a member of the Dior team.
- Deliver a unique and perfect shopping experience by meeting customer needs through high-standard service.
- Interact with customers at the counter, demonstrating excellent service standards and attention to detail.
- Identify and understand customer needs, recommending and showcasing personalized products including perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare items.
- Suggest complementary products within categories and provide a global beauty approach to customers.
- Maintain counter sales operations according to company guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure adequate inventory.
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to company and counter operational requirements and Dior beauty guidelines.
- Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).

Education
High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
