Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales consultant.
- Adhere to the D.I.O.R. sales method to provide high-standard service and unforgettable customer experiences.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend personalized products and services.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly store KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Register customer data and execute CRM activities using Dior tools.
- Ensure the beauty salon meets hygiene and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report issues to the counter manager.
- Provide high-quality beauty salon services and personalized skincare rituals.
- Lead beauty salon appointments and maintain client loyalty.
- Participate in skincare activities and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury skincare is preferred.
- 4-8 years of professional skincare experience is advantageous.
