Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Dior, promoting the brand's values with enthusiasm.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct in-store and online sales activities, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
  • Engage with customers, understanding their needs and offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer data and execute CRM activities to increase foot traffic and client retention.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report issues to ensure stock availability.
  • Perform cashier operations and handle daily revenue settlements.
  • Comply with company policies, SOPs, and employee code of conduct.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in luxury retail environments.

Skills

Excellent sales skills, particularly in the luxury sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin; English proficiency preferred for larger stores. Customer-centric approach with the ability to build strong client relationships. Results-oriented with the ability to consistently achieve targets. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in embracing and learning new technologies.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, or graduation from a beauty academy.

The role is situated in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China — conveniently close to Shanghai. There are currently 16 open positions in Ningbo on Cerulean.
