Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve personal sales targets while enhancing the brand image and providing top-tier customer service.
- Exhibit the Dior attitude at all times as a member of the Dior team.
- Fulfill customer needs by offering a unique and impeccable shopping experience through high-standard service.
- Demonstrate excellent service standards and attention to detail during customer interactions at the counter.
- Identify and understand customer needs with precision.
- Recommend and showcase personalized products, including perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare items.
- Suggest complementary products across categories, offering a holistic beauty approach to customers.
- Contribute to sales performance based on monthly sales targets and counter sales contribution rates.
- Educate customers about the Dior brand and products.
- Participate in counter maintenance according to company guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure stock sufficiency.
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to company and counter operational requirements, including attendance and punctuality, and uphold Dior beauty standards.
- Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference given to those with luxury sector experience (1-2 years).

Education
High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
