Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and controlling teams to develop demand forecasts for the main category, ensuring an 18-month SKU forecast horizon.
- Ensure novelty accuracy through analysis based on channel submissions.
- Consolidate non-sellable forecasts, focusing on samples and miniatures, and analyze demand to ensure forecast stability and control gaps versus budget.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings.
- Prepare and analyze forecast indicators, identifying root causes, potential risks, and corresponding action plans.
- Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to align local demand understanding.
Qualifications
- University degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand forecasting within the cosmetics or retail FMCG industry preferred.
